The Tower Challenge - Terms of Service
The Tower Challenge (the “Service”) is provided and controlled by The Box App IKE (the “Company”, “we” or “us”).
These terms of service serve as agreement between you and us by defining the terms and conditions to use the Service. The service is provided for private, non-commercial use. You agree to not use the Service for any commercial or business purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, business, goodwill, reputation, interruption or opportunity.
You are responsible for any mobile charges that may apply to you by using our service like as example data charges. If you are unsure what these charges may be, you should ask your Mobile Service Provider before using our Service.
To the fullest extend permitted by law, any dispute you may have with any third party, as example, but limited to it, copyright infringement, is directly between you and such third party. You irrevocably release us from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind of nature, know and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
The Service is provided AS IS and we DO NOT warrant that it meets your requirements, it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take time to read them carefully.
Accepting the terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept the binding contract with us and that you will comply with them.
You can accept the Terms by accessing or using our Service. You understand and agree that we will treat your access or use of the Service as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
Changes of the terms
The terms can be updated, in case functionalities are added or updated and we will inform you through a notice in reasonable time before the new terms will start. In any case we suggest to check from time to time the Terms, where you will find the date of such terms. Your continued access or use of the Service after the date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of these. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop accessing or using our Service.
To access and use our Service you must create and account with us. When you create it, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is important to maintain and update your details or any other information you provided to us, to keep these current and complete. It is forbidden to use disposable email accounts.
Every user can have only one account. Having multiple accounts will result in automatic exclusion from any competition.
It is important to keep the password you have chosen for your account confidential and that you don’t disclose it to any third party. If you suspect or you know that third parties have access to your password you must promptly notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You agree to be solely responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to disable your account at any time, including if we believe you have failed to comply with these terms, or activities on your account would or might cause damage, infringe laws or violate any third party rights.
If you no longer want to use our service you can contact us to have your account deleted.
Please contact email@example.com and we will provide you with further assistance through the process. Please keep in mind that, once the account has been deleted it will be not possible to reactivate it or retrieve any content you have added or published through it.
Use of the Service
Your use and access to the service is subject to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not:
Impersonate any person or entity or provide inaccurate information.
Do anything unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or illegal.
Violate these terms.
Create accounts, access, or collect information in unauthorized ways.
Sell, buy or transfer any aspect of your account. This includes also the use of login credentials of other users.
Post private or confidential information or that violates the rights of someone else, including intellectual property.
Intimate, harass or promote sexually explicit material, violence or discrimination based content.
These are the permissions you give to us by using our Service:
You grant us a license to use your content, but we do not claim ownership
You grant us permission to use your username and any information you provided to us.
If we believe your username is inappropriate, like as example it infringes intellectual property, we may change it.
If you use content covered by intellectual property rights you must have prior the consent of the owner, otherwise we reserve the right to delete it.
Any content provided on our service that violates these Terms or any applicable law can be deleted at our own discretion, We can refuse to provide to you our Service immediately if you: clearly and/or repeatedly are violating these Terms of Service, infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, or were we are required by law. If we take any action like disabling or terminating your account, we will notify you where appropriate. The content that you publish and after delete may persist for limited time in backup copies and can continue to be still visible if it has been shared.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
